Great location with easy access to transportation and nearby market. The hotel is situated in the heart of Pudong and is very near the Century metro station which connects to 3 subway lines. We enjoyed a reasonably good breakfast and the hotel facilities were great. Staff were helpful with good English.
Don't have any issues at all.

A large suite was a highlight for us. Hotel is adjacent to the metro station - 5 mins walk. Everyone from the staff was loyal. Wonderful base for a city trip in Shanghai.
Don’t have any issues at all.

Location, size of rooms
Rooms very old can certainly use renovation. Even in "non-smoking" rooms you immediately feel that people has smoked. The entire floor smells from smoking. The bed are very hard, almost like sleeping on the floor - could use softer mattresses.

The hotel was o.k. for my purposes (participation in a conference) and was situated close to this conference. It was in walking distance to the next Metro station, which quickly connected to the Bund and also to the international airport Pudong. The bed was good and the air condition was doing its job, which was very important in August.
Actually, I had asked for a non-smoking room, but an ash tray on the table and the smell clearly demonstrated that smokers were welcome. The carpet would have needed some cleaning and the silicone sealants in the bathroom were partially black from fungus. There was a kitchen in the suite, however, the gas stove was not working. Since I only made use of the refrigerator and the water cooker, this was not a problem for me. Despite of several shortcomings, the small suite I had was acceptable.

Great View and Convenient Location!
The room I stayed in had an amazing view, I could see the whole city! The location was also very convenient, close to a mall and a metro station which made it easy to get around.
The staff had difficulty speaking English and was not very helpful, I had to find my own way around. The service was poor, the room was not clean and had a weird smell.

I stayed at this place for a conference and it was conveniently located near the venue. The metro station was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city and visit popular attractions like the Bund. The hotel provided great comfort with a comfortable bed and efficient air conditioning, which was much appreciated during the hot August weather. The staff were friendly and the rooms were kept clean with fresh bedsheets. it was a pleasant stay and I would consider coming back here in the future.
The hotel is perfect for families on a budget as it offers spacious serviced apartments with two bedrooms and bathrooms instead of one. The location is central and there are various dining options nearby, including well-known fast food chains.

Very good location. A Mall is at less than 5 minutes walking.
The room looked old, some areas were dirty, The painting of the wall looked old. The Door of my room used a key instead of a electronic card to open.
